About
About docket.
docket is built by Joe Bailey, from Stoke-on-Trent.
Joe has spent over seven years managing operations for an enterprise level facilities management helpdesk, serving more than twenty commercial clients. When the business migrated to a new enterprise CAFM platform, he was at the centre of it: a manual, laboured migration where the processes had to be built from scratch for the new system. He designed the vast majority of the process flows the operation still runs on, and established a brand new night shift operation along the way, processes, contingencies and all.
That experience is exactly why docket exists. Joe has seen what enterprise CAFM does well, and what it costs in time, money and manual effort to make it work. The retyping, the workarounds, the reports assembled by hand. None of it ever needed to happen.
docket reads the email, drafts the job, and keeps the record straight from first report to final invoice, with a person approving every step.
It's built as one product with enterprise grade depth. SLA calendars, escalations, compliance evidence, contractor management. Priced and sized for the maintenance firms that actually keep buildings running.
Every customer works directly with the people who build and run docket. That direct line is the point.
