Emails in. Jobs out.
Your company gets its own docket intake address. Anyone emails it, docket drafts the job with the site, category and priority filled in, and nothing is raised until a person approves it.
Right now, the inbox is the job system.
A client emails. Somebody reads it, retypes it into the system, and hopes they got the site right.
Three people can see the shared inbox, so nobody is quite sure who has picked it up.
The email with the detail in it is still sitting there when the client rings to chase.
How it works
What’s in it
Straight answers.
Do I have to change my email provider?
No. docket gives your company its own intake address. Keep your inbox as it is and forward to it, or give the address to your clients.
What if docket gets a field wrong?
Every field is marked with how sure docket is, and nothing is raised until someone approves it. Edit anything first.
Can clients email it directly?
Yes. Anyone can email your intake address.
Does it cost extra?
No. It is included in £35 per person per month, like everything else.
