docket is operated by docketfm ltd, the data controller for docketfm.co.uk. This notice covers this website.
What we collect.
If you submit the booking form, we collect your name, company, email address and optionally your phone number, preferred days and a message. If you ask us to call you back, we collect your name and phone number, and optionally the best time to call. That is the only personal data this site collects.
How we use it.
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call. We don't sell or share your details with anyone, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Our lawful basis.
Your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.
Who else touches your data.
Everything that touches your data sits in the EU or UK. There is no offshore processing, and no group companies abroad.
- Hosting and database: EU region, encrypted at rest. Where your data lives.
- AI processing: Documents are sent over an encrypted connection, read, and the result returned. Not retained beyond a short operational window, and never used to train AI models.
- Email: EU and UK providers. They send the notifications the system generates and handle docket's own email.
- Website assistant: If you use the ask docket assistant, the messages you type are sent to an AI provider to generate a reply. They are not retained by the provider beyond a short operational window, never used to train AI models, and the conversation is not kept after your session.
The full named supplier list is provided in the agreement every client signs, and is available on request.
How long we keep it.
Enquiry emails are kept while relevant to the conversation and deleted when no longer needed. If you become a docket customer, your product data is retained for as long as your account is active, and handled under your own tenant's own data controls.
Cookies.
Until you accept, this site sets no advertising cookies. We use Google Ads to measure whether a visit followed one of our ads. If you accept, Google sets its advertising cookies. The main one is a conversion linker called _gcl_au, which Google keeps for up to three months and uses to connect an ad click to a booking so the conversion can be counted, and Google may set its own cookies to measure and personalise ads. If you decline, none of these are set and the tag runs without them. We remember your choice on this device, so we only ask once, and you can change it by clearing this site's data in your browser. We use no analytics cookies either way.
Your rights under UK GDPR.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely (the right to erasure). Email hello@docketfm.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. docketfm ltd is registered with the ICO, registration reference ZC208481.
