No tiers, and no add-ons, ever. There is one product and everyone gets all of it: job management, PPM, SLAs, compliance, quoting, invoicing, the engineer app and the AI intake. Nothing is locked behind an upgrade, now or later.
Onboarding straight from the docket team. Teams of ten and over get full onboarding from the docket team at no extra cost: setup, your data import and training, done with you. Under ten, it is guided setup using the handbook, plus a call whenever you need one. The only difference is how much hands-on time is included, not the software: every client gets the whole system, whatever the size.

After that it is a 12-month term with your per-person price fixed for the full term. Grow mid-term and you add the new headcount from the next month, with no penalty and no re-sign.

AI processing (an email read into a job, a document extracted, a draft generated) is fair use, appropriate to your team size. Set so normal business use never reaches it.

Enterprise CAFM is priced for enterprises: per seat, per year, with the useful parts sold separately. docket comes out of seven years spent inside a system exactly like that. It is the same depth of product, priced so an independent team can actually run it.
